Process for having ear impressions made was fast, easy and informative. The staff was friendly and informative and, in my opinion, went above and beyond during my short visit.

I recently got new hearing aids( my other ones had lasted 7 years.). Her explanation of how to use was very clear. I highly recommend this facility.

I was there for an initial consultation with Dr. Villareal. She was extremely helpful in assisting me to decide upon a course of action to select and acquire new hearing aids.

Made an appointment online at night and got in the next morning. Scoped ear and gave hearing test and showed me all the results immediately. Needed an ENT follow-up appointment and they booked it for me before I even got back to my car. Excellent service, friendly staff, and helpful diagnosis.

I was very impressed! I've been struggling with hearing in social situations for awhile. I finally made an appointment to see what could be done about it. When I first walked in I was greeted by a very friendly and professional young woman who checked me in. I know from past experience that without a good office staff, nothing else will go smoothly. Then I met with Maddy to have the hearing test, and then dicuss the results and options. Maddy was not only friendly, she was extremely knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained everything to me throughout the process, and she patiently answered all of my questions. I can't recommend highly enough. I can't wait to try my hearing aids!

I was worried that i had managed to get a hearing aid dome stuck deep in one ear, but wasn't 100% sure. I called RK and Victoria contacted me several times to make sure i could come in that same day. She looked into my ear with her videoscope and there it was - we could see a hearing aid dome crammed deep in my ear. She removed the dome and explained that there was no damage to the eardrum and only a few minor abrasions to the ear canal - nothing to worry about.

I am grateful to Victoria for working hard to work me into her schedule for the day rather than make me wait for Monday.

The appointment I had with Dr. Victoria Villarreal a few days ago was by far the most thorough, professional, and informative I have ever had - and due to long term hearing loss, tinnitus, etc I have had dozens! Dr Victoria took my concerns seriously, examined my hearing carefully in multiple ways, explained everything to me clearly, and took time to address all of my questions (I had many). She and the Team also adjusted my hearing aids (both ears) and replaced a few old bits - They work MUCH better now. So overall, I felt valued and well cared-for as a Patient.

Our first experience with an audiologist was with RK Audiology. The steps we were taken through including examining our ears for excess wax, testing our ability to hear sounds at various frequencies, volume and noise interference, producing a graph that visually documented the baseline of our hearing. Each step was methodical, clearly consistent with the testing of prior patients, and our audiologist carefully explained step-by-step what was happening and the results.

I give this office a 10/10! Maddy was super helpful and really knew her stuff. I’ve been to three ENTs who couldn’t figure out what was going on with my ears, but she used a camera and found water behind my eardrum. I was a little bummed I didn’t need the fancy ear cleaning, but so glad to finally be on the right path to getting my hearing back!

I lost my etymotics earplugs, and they had some in stock I could buy same day! Since I was there in person, they offered to have a look at my ears with the camera, I had been having some "clogging" from ear wax. Sure enough my ears were occluded, they took care of it immediately with their ear irrigation tool. Super happy and excited to rock out to many metal shows with my etymotics earplugs!!

Very professional PHD audiologists helped my 92 y/o Dad to find the hearing aid that fit his needs and hearing loss parameters the best. Hearing aids can be very expensive and they were able to find a good fit within Dad's budget. There is so much pressure on seniors to buy the cheap hearing aids that are frequently advertised online, on TV, and in mailers. It usually leaves them frustrated that they may be able to hear more but not hear well. Get a good hearing test, and get the hearing-aid that fits your areas of hearing loss. Highly recommend Victoria (and Maddi) who I think did an excellent job!

I am 78 years old and over the years have had many dealings with health care providers. Most have been competent, but did not inspire sufficient confidence to trust them without feeling the need to verify/do diligence before following their advice. Dr. Veronica Villlareal at RK Audiology exhibits total mastery of her field. In a one hour appointment, she listened carefully and proceeded in a friendly, organized and confident manner to test, assess, and communicate her findings. Then using advanced analytical and programming tools, she resolved the problems I was having with my hearing aid. If you've never experienced working with someone who is a "master" in their field and have hearing problems, I highly recommend Dr. Villareal.

I'll make this short, but it could be longer and even more glowing. Recent visit was with Maddy for a simple ear cleaning. They have a machine that makes the whole process quick, comfortable, and very effective. On paper, Maddy may be the least qualified of their audiologist staff, but she gave me some insight on my hearing aids that no one else has. She was charming, very considerate, and made the whole process understandable. On this process alone, RK is dramatically better that my other experiences. They are still locally owned and you know what that can mean. Support them.
