Amazing , easy and professional service !

came in last week for two ear blockages. One at 100 percent and the other at 60 percent. Never had issues like this before and tried everything to unblock my ears. The doctor was very gentle with both ears and kindly walked me through everything about this super minor procedure. Hands-down the service was excellent. I can hear my coworkers again because they were getting tired of repeating things at work. If you really need to have your ears cleaned of wax, go see these doctors.

Dr Tony Milesi took care of my muffled hearing. Turns out I had considerable wax build up in my right ear. Warm water flushing and manual extraction took care of it. I can hear clearly now. The process was not unpleasant, my head feels lighter. Thank you for taking me in on short notice. Susanna

I would highly recommend this office. My husband will definitely make an appointment soon. He wears Costco hearing aids and it due for a check up. I’ve now seen the difference in a Costco hearing test and one done by an audiologist with the best equipment.

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tony Milesi for an appointment to have my ear impressions done for 64 Audio CIEM's. He did an outstanding job of explaining everything to me about how the entire process works down to sending the company images of my impressions for approval along with shipping them out to the company so they can begin the process of building my order. I checked several other companies to do this work and found no other company that offers the quality of service that RK Audiology provides to musicians in the greater Austin area.

What a delightful combo of professionalism, compassion and active listening. As a physician myself, I understand what it takes to bring your full self to your patient. I met Dr. Milesi for a free initial consultation when I had a struggle getting another audiologist to make hearing aid fitting adjustments based on what I know to be best practices. He has already made some initial tweaks that have made a difference in my hearing experience. I will be back for a full fitting visit. It's like night and day.

My experience at RK was amazing. For the last several months, I’ve felt like my hearing was muffled and not as good as it used to be. I went in for an evaluation a cleaning, and it was totally worth it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They looked in my ears with me and were able to see that my ears were fully blocked with wax. They were able to quickly remove all the wax and my hearing is back to normal! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Who knew you could enjoy having a hearing exam?! This wonderful little business is tucked away on Menchaca Rd—I never knew it was there. I had a hearing test, thorough explanations of the results, and a very personal experience.

Excellent visit with Dr. Milisi who was thorough in his work, explained everything clearly, and offered efficient service. I went in for a routine ear cleaning that he was able to perform so well it was almost pleasant. While there I mentioned that one of my hearing aids was broken, and he quickly fixed it!

I contacted RK Audiology through a reference from Lenire while researching options to treat ongoing tinnitus. The RK office in South Austin is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Dr Milesi talked with me for bit and was attentive to what I had to say. Once he understood the issues I was having with tinnitus he presented some options for me.
A quick ear examination and hearing test were done to determine if the cause could be a physical issue. Dr Milesi explained the causes for tinnitus and various treatments and techniques to deal with it.
This was a very positive and professional experience and I would recommend DR Milesi and RK Audiology to anyone with hearing related concerns or dealing with tinnitus.
At the time of this review he was the only office in the hill country area to offer the Lenire bimodal neuromodulation tinnitus treatment.

Tony identified the source of the problem I was having with my hearing aids (a corroded "new" battery installed by the manufacturer) and contacted the manufacturer, and the latter agreed to replace.

After dealing with ear pressure for a couple of weeks, I scheduled an appointment and I’m so glad I did. It turned out to be inner‑ear wax buildup — something that happens over time, especially if you’ve used Q‑tips for years. I’m incredibly relieved it wasn’t anything more serious.

The entire appointment was relaxing, informative, and surprisingly fascinating. They even let you watch the process through their high‑tech camera that shows the inside of your ear canal. Everything was explained clearly, and they shared helpful tips to prevent future issues.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I’ve had audiologists rush me before and it made the experience uncomfortable, but this was the complete opposite, calm, respectful, and genuinely caring. Great people and a great office. Great experience

I have had multiple great experiences at RK Audiology. I wanted to leave a review after the last visit that was above and beyond. I went to RK to get molds for custom in ear monitors, and they let me sample some universal IEMs from a brand they have a relationship with. I ended up ordering from another brand, and when they arrived I was really disappointed with how they sounded and wondered if I should have gone with a different brand/model. I mentioned this to the RK staff and they scheduled a session for me to come in and AB the IEMs they had received vs a number of demo models of universals they had on location. They let me AB for almost an hour in a back room and didn’t charge me anything for the session. The pair I ghost have ended up growing on me (they are very flat and took some getting used to), but probably would have felt conflicted about them if I didn’t have the chance to do all the ABing. Really appreciate that RK was dedicated to raking care of me through the whole process of getting a pair of custom IEMs that worked for me! This was the highlight that made me want to leave a review - I also have had a cleaning there that went great, and the process of originally getting the molds made was painless and smooth as well

Maddie was awesome gave me good information and very knowledgeable as well as gave me sounds advice for motion sickness very friendly as well! They will not up charge you if you don’t need the service they aren’t going to suggest it so your not over spending on treatments you don’t need! Definitely go and not too pricey

If you use JH Audio products, you should definitely visit RK for all impressions. Tony is the man and is super knowledgeable. Great place!
