The office is super cute, great music, and decor.

Friendly, professional and caring.
A highly informative, professional and thoughtful experience. RK has the patient’s long term progress goals at top of mind.
Such a great experience! The office is truly a music studio and the staff is knowledgeable, polite and relatable.
Very seamless experience and also very educational. Was able to get an appointment the next day, and they were fast and efficient! Big thanks to the team!
Absolutely amazing! My son had a severely impacted ear and was in a lot of pain. They took such great care of him and were able to clear everything out quickly and completely with no pain during the procedure. I was so impressed!
Everyone was incredibly kind, from answering all of my questions over the phone to making us feel comfortable during the visit. We are truly grateful for the excellent care he received. Their pricing was also very fair, which was an added bonus.
Highly recommend!
Great service and flexibility. In and out with an ear cleaning.
I go to RK Audiology for ear cleaning. I have seen both Paula and Tony and they do an excellent job. It is quick and easy and effective.
Absolutely the best place I could’ve gone for my in ear monitors impressions .
Tony was very informative knowledgeable and professional. I am very impressed with everything at RK . Thank you !
Amazing , easy and professional service !
came in last week for two ear blockages. One at 100 percent and the other at 60 percent. Never had issues like this before and tried everything to unblock my ears. The doctor was very gentle with both ears and kindly walked me through everything about this super minor procedure. Hands-down the service was excellent. I can hear my coworkers again because they were getting tired of repeating things at work. If you really need to have your ears cleaned of wax, go see these doctors.
Very kind and empathetic care! Also, super informative experience. I learned a lot about my ears and eardrum. Will definitely return for some custom earplugs in the near future.
Took my husband here for an ear cleaning, Dr. was amazing, he was professional and knew what he was doing. From check in, the atmosphere was peace and quiet to check out was smooth and fast. The visit was quick and fun, great experience ever!
Such a great experience. The office is super responsive and organized - and once there Dr Tony was great about explaining what he was doing - and why. Super comforting - There is no way I’d go anywhere else for hearing care.
Great experience at the South Austin clinic. I took my mother there for an ear cleaning and checkup. Dr. Tony is so patient, kind, and personable. We are planning to go back for all our ear needs!
Tony with RK Audiology is great. While, I knew I was probably going to need Hearing aids before I went in there, this was my first hearing test and he explained so thoroughly my issues and how the hearing aids could help. Highly recommend.
Dr Tony is a great audiologist. I like interior design- music instruments anywhere except I like picture of monkey with headphones.
So far so good with my RK Audiology experience. From initial appointment to demoing hearing aids in 1 week's time. Everyone I've interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating.
We had an amazing experience and everything was easy about the process. Dr Milesi was very knowledgeable and went over everything so thoroughly. Would definitely recommend coming here!
Dr Tony Milesi took care of my muffled hearing. Turns out I had considerable wax build up in my right ear. Warm water flushing and manual extraction took care of it. I can hear clearly now. The process was not unpleasant, my head feels lighter. Thank you for taking me in on short notice. Susanna
Maddy and Janet were very welcoming, professional and extremely thorough! Maddy was able to find the root cause of the ringing in my ears and provided excellent advice for self care. I would highly recommend this office. My husband will definitely make an appointment soon. He wears Costco hearing aids and it due for a check up. I’ve now seen the difference in a Costco hearing test and one done by an audiologist with the best equipment.
Maggie is so knowledgeable and puts you at ease immediately. I had a great experience!
RK Audiology was great! Maddy did such a great job explaining the testing, administering the tests and then following up and sending the results via email. I highly recommend their services!
A perfect experience. I’ll send all of my musician friends here for in ear monitor molds. Tony (the Dr) is very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and kind as is his office manager. Serving musicians is what they do. They handled sending off the molds to Sensaphonics as we have Shure IEMs. Highly recommended!
Great experience!
Since relocating to Austin nearly 2 years ago we have been seeing RK Audiology for our hearing needs. Tony and staff have been so great to work with, and inspire such confidence in their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. We feel very fortunate to have found them and highly recommend!
Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tony Milesi for an appointment to have my ear impressions done for 64 Audio CIEM's. He did an outstanding job of explaining everything to me about how the entire process works down to sending the company images of my impressions for approval along with shipping them out to the company so they can begin the process of building my order. I checked several other companies to do this work and found no other company that offers the quality of service that RK Audiology provides to musicians in the greater Austin area.
What a delightful combo of professionalism, compassion and active listening. As a physician myself, I understand what it takes to bring your full self to your patient. I met Dr. Milesi for a free initial consultation when I had a struggle getting another audiologist to make hearing aid fitting adjustments based on what I know to be best practices. He has already made some initial tweaks that have made a difference in my hearing experience. I will be back for a full fitting visit. It's like night and day.
My experience at RK was amazing. For the last several months, I’ve felt like my hearing was muffled and not as good as it used to be. I went in for an evaluation a cleaning, and it was totally worth it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They looked in my ears with me and were able to see that my ears were fully blocked with wax. They were able to quickly remove all the wax and my hearing is back to normal! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Excellent staff, office, and Doctor. They were kind, quick, and amazing. Highly recommend.
Great experience! Maddy was amazing, so knowledgeable and very helpful with all of my questions and concerns!
Maddie was very knowledgeable and took great care of me during the process of my ear wax cleaning, I highly recommend
Perfect. If you are looking for an audiologist Tony is great. Patient and works hard to make things the best they can be. And with all of that I can hear birds singing and my grandkids voices. 😍
Who knew you could enjoy having a hearing exam?! This wonderful little business is tucked away on Menchaca Rd—I never knew it was there. I had a hearing test, thorough explanations of the results, and a very personal experience.
Excellent visit with Dr. Milisi who was thorough in his work, explained everything clearly, and offered efficient service. I went in for a routine ear cleaning that he was able to perform so well it was almost pleasant. While there I mentioned that one of my hearing aids was broken, and he quickly fixed it!
I contacted RK Audiology through a reference from Lenire while researching options to treat ongoing tinnitus. The RK office in South Austin is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Dr Milesi talked with me for bit and was attentive to what I had to say. Once he understood the issues I was having with tinnitus he presented some options for me.
A quick ear examination and hearing test were done to determine if the cause could be a physical issue. Dr Milesi explained the causes for tinnitus and various treatments and techniques to deal with it.
This was a very positive and professional experience and I would recommend DR Milesi and RK Audiology to anyone with hearing related concerns or dealing with tinnitus.
At the time of this review he was the only office in the hill country area to offer the Lenire bimodal neuromodulation tinnitus treatment.
Always a quick, easy, and pleasant experience when I come to RK Audiology!! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
Tony identified the source of the problem I was having with my hearing aids (a corroded "new" battery installed by the manufacturer) and contacted the manufacturer, and the latter agreed to replace.
Went in for IEM impressions. These guys are super professional and know what they’re doing. Great experience!
Thank you, Tony and Paula at RX Audiology!
After dealing with ear pressure for a couple of weeks, I scheduled an appointment and I’m so glad I did. It turned out to be inner‑ear wax buildup — something that happens over time, especially if you’ve used Q‑tips for years. I’m incredibly relieved it wasn’t anything more serious.
The entire appointment was relaxing, informative, and surprisingly fascinating. They even let you watch the process through their high‑tech camera that shows the inside of your ear canal. Everything was explained clearly, and they shared helpful tips to prevent future issues.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
5 stars. Tony at RK Audiology was fantastic. I needed extra patience and empathy today, and he absolutely delivered. I’ve had audiologists rush me before and it made the experience uncomfortable, but this was the complete opposite, calm, respectful, and genuinely caring. Great people and a great office. Highly recommend.
A great experience all the way around.
Staff were wonderful.
I had a cleaning done and mold made.
All questions were answered, it was a laid back, and low stress experience.
Just waiting for my earplugs to arrive!
Great experience,Mandy was very helpful in answering my questions. She gave me some tips on the care of my devices. I highly recommend RK Audiology.
The staff was very friendly and personable in addition to explaining each step to ensure comfort. Great experience and highly recommend this team.
The staff was very kind and accommodating. They were able to get me in the same day that I called, and the earwax removal went great. I’d highly recommend this cozy office to anyone looking to be well attended to.
Paula, Janet and the entire team at RK are amazing! I was treated with dignity and care from the time I walked in. Definitely use them for any of your hearing or audio needs!
Audiologist was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. I enjoyed my visit.
Had a great experience getting ear impressions made here. The staff was very knowledgeable and experienced and seem to enjoy what they do. I was very glad I found them!
Great experience
I have had multiple great experiences at RK Audiology. I wanted to leave a review after the last visit that was above and beyond. I went to RK to get molds for custom in ear monitors, and they let me sample some universal IEMs from a brand they have a relationship with. I ended up ordering from another brand, and when they arrived I was really disappointed with how they sounded and wondered if I should have gone with a different brand/model. I mentioned this to the RK staff and they scheduled a session for me to come in and AB the IEMs they had received vs a number of demo models of universals they had on location. They let me AB for almost an hour in a back room and didn’t charge me anything for the session. The pair I ghost have ended up growing on me (they are very flat and took some getting used to), but probably would have felt conflicted about them if I didn’t have the chance to do all the ABing. Really appreciate that RK was dedicated to raking care of me through the whole process of getting a pair of custom IEMs that worked for me! This was the highlight that made me want to leave a review - I also have had a cleaning there that went great, and the process of originally getting the molds made was painless and smooth as well
Maddie was awesome gave me good information and very knowledgeable as well as gave me sounds advice for motion sickness very friendly as well! They will not up charge you if you don’t need the service they aren’t going to suggest it so your not over spending on treatments you don’t need! Definitely go and not too pricey
Tony and staff are always thorough and very pleasant to work with
Was visiting from out of town and needed impressions done in a pinch. The whole crew was amazing and very timely in their service. They’ll even take care of shipping for you! If you use JH Audio products, you should definitely visit RK for all impressions. Tony is the man and is super knowledgeable. Great place!
Cool staff but Overcharged for office visit. It was half the price I would have paid for full services.
A really thorough exam, Explained thoroughly. Really nice person too.
The team at RK Audiology is great -- highly recommend their services.
I went for an ear cleaning and the service provided was amazing. Maddy and the rest of the staff were attentive, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend to visit them!
I recommend RK Audiology for any hearing tests, ear check & cleanings they do it all! No wait time! Maddy Terrazas was amazing she was very informative and helped me with any questions I may have had. I will be back for future visits!
They are the best in the business. I have been going to them for the past 10 yrs and have no complaints. I even refer friends to use them, and will continue to do so.
Amazing people with top-of-the-line technology.
She is amazing and highly recommended!!!
Went in for an ear cleaning. They have a very friendly and informative staff. Cleaning was painless. I would come here again for my hearing needs.
Always a great experience at RK. They take time and care and explain everything along the way. Remember personal details about my life to make it feel more like I’m visiting friends than a routine hear check and always a feeling that my best interest are their best interests.
Dr Tony was incredibly helpful, patient & kind. I will be returning for an optional follow up exam!
Excellent service that goes above and beyond, I've been a client for 10 years I believe? The staff at RK Audiology are very professional, consistent, positive and not only are they trusted medical professionals but, we have become friends. MUCHO love and respect.
Nice professional office. Easy to get in to see the staff. Help when you need it, not 5 weeks out. A good variety of hearing services, ear cleaning to top flight hearing aids and service!!
We needed assistance with our 8 year old's impacted ear wax and they got us in same day - and were AMAZING with her. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Miles was very thorough and helpful. I was not rushed. He was very helpful for me to learn about Tinnitus. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to someone. The cost was very reasonable as well.
Second visit and Tony was again knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Tony is the best. Totally trustworthy and he knows his stuff. He is why we will always be customers of RK South Austin.
They were very thorough with the work especially with my needs in order to get new hearing aids. They were very nice and pleasant - I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thank you
